Route 66, known as the “Mainstreet of America” or “Mother Road”. In this Vacation Package the ride starts in Los Angeles and ends in Chicago to ensure the availability of the Ford Mustang or Chevrolet Camaro.

  • Charges of using the rented car: fuel, tolls, parking, etc.
  • Tickets for Natural Parks or attractions during the tour

  • Drop Off Charge for return of the vehicle in a different location (500 USD TAX payable at the arrival for the car). The fee must be paid per vehicle and not per person. And $30 per room and day by the use of the Casino in Las Vegas (resort fee).

Day 1.- EUROPE – LOS ANGELES
Departure from your hometown, in a scheduled flight, destination Los Angeles. Arrival and pick-up the rented car. Accommodation in Venice Beach Area.

Day 2.- SANTA MONICA
Breakfast included. Free time where you can make a tour around the city (the famous Walk of Fame, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, La Marina, Disneyland, etc.) or you can enjoy the beach close to your hotel. Accommodation.

Day 3.- LOS ANGELES – LAS VEGAS
Today the driving route starts crossing the California state to visit Las Vegas, the only place in the world where you can find hieroglyphic, the Brooklyn Bridge and the canals of Venice, reproductions situated side by side. Accommodation at the chosen hotel.

Day 4.- LAS VEGAS
Free day to enjoy the city that never sleeps, its spectacles, its contrasts, its casinos, its lights… Accommodation at the chosen hotel.

Day 5.-  LAS VEGAS – GRAND CANYON
This morning you head southeast to Hoover Dam – one of the world’s greatest man-made structures, and one of the tallest dams ever built (760 ft high). From here you continue to Kingman where route 66 takes you to Hackberry and then to Williams and the Grand Canyon. Accommodation in Flagstaff.

Day 6.- FLAGSTAFF – HOLBROOK
Breakfast included. Today the route 66 continue to the State of New Mexico to reach Holbrook and the Petrified Forest. Along the route you should stop in 2 Guns Ghost Town, Winslow and Meteor Crater classic. Continue to the chosen hotel in Holbrook. Accommodation.

Day 7.- HOLBROOK – ALBUQUERQUE  
Breakfast and departure to Santa Fe after visiting the famous Wigwam Motel. Santa Fe is the capital of the State, city in connection to arts. There many writers, painters and photographers live; there are lots of art and museums, where Indian Market is located. Even is Santa Fe isn’t big, is a sophisticated and cosmopolitan city.

Arrival at Alburquerque with its old houses in the lively centre of the city: Old Town. Check-in and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 8.-  ALBUQUERQUE – AMARILLO 
Breakfast. Route must be continued destination Amarillo, in the State of Texas. You can’t miss Cadillac Ranch, a sculpture composed by 10 broken Cadillac forming a plant on the floor. Arrival at accommodation at the chosen hotel.

Day 9.-  AMARILLO – OKLAHOMA CITY 
Breakfast at Hotel. Today we head towards Oklahoma City, an interesting stage of Route 66, where the fantastic National Cowboy & Westerns Heritage Museum is, where you can find cowboys’ hats and boots. Check-in and accommodation at the chosen hotel.

Day 10.- OKLAHOMA CITY – TULSA 
Breakfast. Today we head to Tulsa, in the State of Oklahoma. The town centre has buildings in art-deco style, among the best known, Philcade Building and Boston Avenue, United Methodist Church, buildings of great importance. Accommodation at the selected hotel.

Día 11.-  TULSA – SPRINGFIELD (MO) 
Breakfast. In the morning, continue the trip towards Springfield, Missouri, a city renowned as birthplace of Route 66, where past and future are. Before reaching to your hotel stop at Gay Parita Gas Station. Accommodation at the selected hotel.

Day 12.-  SPRINGFIELD (MO) – ST. LOUIS 
Breakfast included. Today we head towards St. Louis. We will stay primarily on the 2-lane sections of the Mother Road, traversing cornfields and small towns that represent the heartland of America. Our arrival into St. Louis will be over the Chain of Rocks Bridge, the original bridge where Route 66 crossed the Mississippi River.

Day 13.-  ST. LOUIS (MO) –  SPRINGFIELD (IL)
Breakfast at the hotel. Our destination is Springfield, Illinois, passing through the “mother of all American streets”, the legendary Route 66, which connects Chicago to Santa Monica beach in California. In Springfield is located the Lincoln Home that hosted to Abraham and Mary Lincoln from 1844 until 1861, date of his transfer to the White House. Accommodation at chosen hotel.

Day 14.- CHICAGO – SPRINGFIELD (IL)
Departure destination Chicago, the last stage of Route 66 visiting the Route 66 Museum in Pontiac and the famous  Launching Pad Giant in Wilmington. Arrival at Chicago Downtown and return the rented car.

Day 2.- CHICAGO 
Chicago is a great city with its towering skyscrapers and its Loop, the city centre has the name of the station on high. Visit the Grant Park – the green area between the Loop and Lake Michigan – with the Buckingham Fountain and the Millenium Park where the sculpture “The Bean” stands, which reflects the profile of the city, Michigan Avenue, the elegant Avenue that constitutes the central avenue of the city. Free afternoon to relax and to explore the city. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 16.- CHICAGO – EUROPE
Free time until the time to take the transfer to the airport. Flight departure to your hometown (night on board)

Day 17.- EUROPE
End of the Trip.

Superior Class Hotels (Extra Charge):

  • Triple and quadruple rooms, two beds to share.
  • Prices applied to transatlantic flights of American American Airlines, Iberia and British Airways. Transfer cars, if necessaries, not included.
  • Must have valid driving license which must have been held for at least one year .
  • It is possible to hire Travel Cancellation Insurance with an extra charge of €75 (Travel Cancellation Insurance and Medical attention included).
  • Must have a valid credit card on primary driver’s name (one-way fee is paid by renter at rental location)
  • If you pay the flight with the reservation, you can modify it with an extra charge. Cancellations are allowed in Business Class or hiring a Travel Cancellation Insurance (meeting cancellation conditions).

Rental conditions:

  • Driver’s age: must be 25+, there is no upper age limit
  • Name change is not permitted once rental booked
  • U.S. or Canada drivers licenses please contact us for local rates

An international driving license is required if the license is printed with non Roman Alphabet

  • Passengers of european nationality don’t need visa but it is required readable passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after flight departure. 
  • It is recommended to take International Driving Licence,
  • For safety reasons, every passenger who enters to the United States must have ESTA visa (authorisation for placing).
