Discover Asturian Gastronomy, Culture and Nature in a trip which includes two Menu based on Seafood and on Hunting Meat, Mincemeat and Asturian Stew.
Day 1 – Hometown – Asturias
Arrival to Gijón by plane (optional) or by car (your own car or a rental car, optional) to enjoy the Asturian maritime city par excellence. The hotel, Tryp Rey Pelayo, it’s just 3 minutes walking from San Lorenzo Beach and 10 minutes walking from the city centre.
Following, you will be offered a dinner based on Seafood at the Restaurant “La Zamorana”.
Seafood platter composed by an entrée based on pâté, mixed grill of the best choice of seafood (Spider crab, Small Crab, Jumbo Shrimps, Prawns and Crawfish), wine Rioja Marqués de Vizhoja, dessert and coffee included.
Day 2 – Gijon
Breakfast and walking tour to visit Gijon. We recommend a visit to Jardin Botanico.
Day 3 – Gijon – Nava & Central Asturias Mountains
Breakfast and at 12.00 a.m. departure in a 4×4 destination Nava, capital of the Asturian Cider, to a cider and Asturian cheese tasting in a Llagar.
Then, we will go to Peñamayor Mountain to enjoy the nature and taste a menu based on Hunting Meat, Mincemeat, Potatoes, Fabada (rich stew of beans, etc.) and Homemade Desserts.
After lunch, free time to enjoy the landscape. Return to Gijón in the evening to enjoy the night in Gijón.
Day 4 – Gijon – Covadonga Lakes – Llanes
Day 5 – Llanes
Day 6 – Llanes – Oviedo
Day 7 – Oviedo
Breakfast and end of our services. Optional Transfer to airport
