You will walk along Florence streets and you will enjoy culinary birthplace through a tour around Tuscany.
Day 1.- Florence
Arrival to Florence. Optional Transfer to Hotel – Palazzo Ognissanti

Day 3.- Florence – Pizza and Homemade Icecream Class
Free day to visit Florence until 5:45 pm when the activity starts.An expert will reveal the secrets for making homemade ice cream, using quality ingredients and putting in practice the philosophy behind home-made gelato.
You will learn how to make pizza, including the creation and the working of the dough. You will find out how many types of flour there are, and how the amount of the different ingredients needs to be calibrated. Additional topics include the kneading of the dough and the recipe for making the sauce.
Following the lesson, the participants dine on fragrant pizza, home-made ice cream.
Day 4.- Florence – Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti Tour
The tour starts early in the morning. We will visit Monteriggioni, well known worldwide for its wine and its countryside of unrivalled charm, where woods alternate with vineyards and olive groves, in a landscape dotted with Romanesque churches, farmhouses, villas and castles. Next on our itinerary is Siena where you will be enchanted by the splendid Cathedral built in a Romanesque/Gothic style (admission included) and by the Palazzo Comunale (town hall). This palace is situated in the picturesque Piazza del Campo, in which the famous Palio takes place every year. Free time for lunch. We will then reach San Gimignano. Declared by UNESCO to be a world heritage site, San Gimignano is also known as the “city of the beautiful towers”: here you can still admire 14 medieval towers, once a symbol of the power and wealth of their inhabitants. Before departing you will taste the best ice cream in the world, which has won the last two editions of the Ice Cream World Championship. Our tour of the Chianti territory will give you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful landscapes from knolls, streets and piazzas which have remained virtually the same over the centuries.
We will conclude our tour with a visit to a renowned vineyard, reviewed in the best wine journals, with a snack consisting of salami, cheese, and different kinds of bruschetta as well as a selection of fine wines.
Day 5.- Florence
Breakfast and optional transfer to the airport.
